Lovely staff, really helpful, and with much better English than my Korean - use the Papago translation app, it's ideal! Good location for our family week on Jeju-do - a short walk down to the waterfalls & harbour towards which our ruins looked, & into Seogwipo town for food & shopping. The Express Airport bus stops right outside the hotel - what a bonus, just make sure you've topped up your T-Card at the hotel's in-house convenience store. Breakfast will suit all tastes, along with the ample coffee - very good. Quiet, large rooms which were very welcome after two weeks living out of a rucsac/bag on the go. Lovely housekeeping staff working hard behind the scenes, and an excellent DIY laundry in the basement. And of course, it's South Korea - free Wi-Fi absolutely everywhere inside here, & outside city-wide, & even local buses have 6g.

The location is great as a base in Seogwipo. It’s walking distance from street food locations like the Olle Market. Room as quite large and lots of amenities provided. The receptionist spoke amazing English and gave us some nice restaurant recommendations for us to check out during our stay. They also offered discounts to some attractions like the Camellia Hill. Parking was quite easy at the back of the hotel, no reservation or valet required. It was chilly while we were there, but in the summer it must be quite nice to enjoy the heated outdoor pool and terrace at the rooftop! Amazing view of Seogwipo from there, be sure to check it out. There was a 24h CU convenience store too with access from the lobby, but don’t count on it being easy to access past 10PM as it’s unmanned and we could not get in with our credit cards as instructed.

Great kids facilities. Looks like they're adding more facilities too. Pool was super warm. My kids loved this hotel. They thought it was super fancy because the taps were gold. The place looks like it was fancy back in the day but it's a little dated now, however it appears to be having money spent on it to do it up. We hired a car while in Juju (highly recommended) and parking at the hotel was easy. Staff are very helpful. We stayed in a suite and it was really spacious. Sadly the TV was only in Korean and we could not see any way to login to our streaming services instead. A kitchenette should have been helpful and it would have been more convenient for us to have a washing machine in our room. There was definitely space for both of these. However the laundromat facility in the hotel was good.

Room was spacious, we had two big baggage open on the floor. Very good amenities! Great shampoo & conditioner! Great housekeeping. Rooftop terrace was large and had both a covered part with AC and an open part where you could eat take away food. The location was great for eating out and the food streets started there. CU store, and cafe were nice and convenient to have inside the building! The pool was nice, it could use more bathing chairs there were few broken /bad conditions. It is not enough for all the guests so the room to pool space ratio is off, but we were able to enjoy it a few times, but if you want it as an everyday program it might be tough.

We stayed for 2 weeks in January. The kids playroom was awesome for our almost 2 year old daughter, as was the small "arcade" room tailored to older kids or adults. Breakfast was quite alright, although focussed on Korean dishes and not so much variety over the 2 week period - to be clear, not continental breakfast: there's only one type of toast, one type of butter and one type of jam. Croissants, although available, are dry/stale. The television was all in Korean, including the smart tv options, with no way to use YouTube or switch to English. The room was alright. Shower and soaps provided were perfect.
